OUR RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE ITEM IS SUCCESSFULLY AUTHENTICATED AND DELIVERED, NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.
Due to the fact that our items are supplied on consignment by many different sellers we regrettably cannot accept returns on any footwear.
For (UnDeadstock items) customer/buyer will also verify the condition of the product and confirm by sending an email if they’re happy with the product.
Returns are valid only for UnDeadstock items.
Our return policy is valid for only 3 days after receiving the product, afterwards unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or return the items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All refunds are processed within 7 working days.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returning items and shipping them back. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
