TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Use create a legal contract between you and us. Please read them before Selling or Buying on sneakerspaza.co.za

Sneaker Spaza (“Sneaker Spaza,” “we,” or “us”) is a marketplace that allows users to Buy, and Sell Sneakers.

Sneaker Spaza is directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, Sneaker Spaza makes sure buyer receives a 100% Authentic / Legit product.

Sneaker Spaza facilitates the purchase transaction, we do not set prices for sneakers. Sellers set prices, they may be higher than retail value. Sneaker Spaza does not guarantee that any item will sell. We reserve the right to investigate complaints and violations of these Terms and may take any appropriate actions. Although the Services are anonymous and we generally do not share your information with other buyers and sellers, we may share your information with law enforcement and other third parties as part of an investigation related to any alleged violation, and we may respond to all inquiries initiated by law enforcement.

AUTHENTICATION & SHIPPING 

As part of the purchase transaction, the seller will ship the item to Sneaker Spaza where Sneaker Spaza will visually inspect the sneakers to confirm that they are authentic.

*Sellers are responsible for shipping the products to Sneaker Spaza and are liable for shipping costs.

*Shipping costs to the buyer are charged after every purchase (after checkout).

*Estimated delivery is 7-9 business days from the date your transaction was confirmed. 

If Sneaker Spaza determines that the item is authentic, Sneaker Spaza will ship the item to the buyer. If Sneaker Spaza cannot reasonably confirm the authenticity of the item or determines it is authentic, then we will notify the buyer and the seller that the item is not authentic and will issue a refund (within 7 working days) to the buyer.

Sneaker Spaza policy requires sellers to ship sneakers within three (3) business days of the purchase. Once we receive the item from the seller it generally takes [2-3] business days for us to authenticate the sneakers and ship them to the buyer.

The majority of trades are completed in a shorter time frame. It all depends on how prompt the seller is sending us the sneakers.

WHEN DOES THE SELLER GET PAID?

We hold the buyers money until we receive and authenticate the sneakers purchased. *Payments to sellers are released every Friday (once a week). If a purchase is made this week, the payout will fall into the following week. 

BUYER / CUSTOMER

To be an eligible buyer you must have a mailing address in South Africa and must use that address for all Sneaker Spaza transactions. In general, your credit card is charged by Payfast (payment gateway) immediately upon purchase.

SELLER

To list [Sellers] are required to supply their Name, Contact Details, Sneakers Size, and the Price. The sneaker should be Authentic and should be in a good condition.

Sneaker Spaza charges a seller 15% on each item purchased (for selling on our platform and covering transaction fees). From the price that the buyer sets, Sneaker Spaza will deduct 15% after the sale.

If we find that the sneakers you sent to us are counterfeit/fake you will be banned from our platform.

If you have sneakers listed on our platform, you have to make sure to update us whenever you no longer want to sell your sneakers or you have already sold them privately.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

In the event, if a product on www.sneakerspaza.co.za is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, Sneaker Spaza will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. In addition, Sneaker Spaza reserves the right any time after receipt of your order to refuse or cancel your order for any reason, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sneaker Spaza will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of charge, read Refund Policy here.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO CONDITIONS

We may add additional conditions that govern your use of the Site by posting such conditions on the Site from time to time. In addition, we may revise these Conditions at any time. When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of these Conditions. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the current Conditions. The most current version of the Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms and Conditions” hypertext link located at the top or bottom of our web pages. Your continued use of the Site after we post any revised Conditions constitutes your agreement to any such revised terms. If you object to any of these Conditions or any subsequent changes, you may not use the Site.

HOW SECURE IS SHOPPING ON SNEAKER SPAZA? IS MY DATA PROTECTED?

Our online shopping payments are processed using the “PayFast” and “Paystack” payment gateways. 

Paystack and PayFast, both are payment processing services, extended to South Africans and South African websites. Both are easy, secure, and offer customers a variety of ways to make payments –  Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard), Mobicred, and Instant EFT.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE ITEM IS SUCCESSFULLY AUTHENTICATED AND DELIVERED, AND NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.

Due to the fact that our items are supplied on consignment by many different sellers, we regrettably cannot accept returns on any footwear.

SOCKS (HAND DYED SOCKS)

ALL DYED SOCKS SHOULD BE WASHED SEPARATELY.

All the socks listed on sneakerspaza.co.za are 100% authentic.

The socks are uniquely hand-dyed socks — one coloured socks are dyed with one colour to complete a pair.

Multi-coloured socks are not the same. Multi-coloured socks will be similar but not identical.

All socks are hand dyed, which is a natural part of the dye process and is no way construed as a defective product.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

All the socks will be shipped/couriered in our custom packaging using an Envelope + Zip seal bag.

All socks ship via Postnet to Postnet service.

The shipping timeframe for socks is (2-3days) after 5th August 2019.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We regrettably cannot accept returns on any socks.
